I’m Eliza!
I want to start by saying how proud I am of you for exploring the idea of welcoming a doula to partner with you in this journey.
Pregnancy and birth will transform your mind, body, and spirit in the most magical way and I hope I am lucky enough to support you in the process.
Navigating the world of motherhood can be intimidating…between countless podcasts, books, blogs, classes, and friendly advice, it can be tricky to determine how to approach your pregnancy and labor in a way that honors the hopes and dreams you have for yourself and your family.
This is where I come in.

As your doula,
I will support you in making informed decisions to improve birth outcomes and achieve a sense of joy and satisfaction around your birth and postpartum experience. Throughout the entirety of your journey, your emotional and physical needs will be seen, heard, and met with care and dedication. I will be your advocate and your partner. This transformative period will challenge you in the most beautiful way and it is my responsibility to ensure you feel empowered and successful as both a woman and a mother.
A bit about me -
I have my master’s degree in Elementary Education and have been teaching kindergarten for the last five years. As you may guess, the little ones have my heart and I am so lucky to love what I do, but I have always felt a pull towards pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. This is what led me to become a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula in 2021. It has been enlightening and inspiring and I can’t wait to impact the women around me as they bring life into the world- what a gift! When I am not chasing 5-year-olds around the classroom or supporting new mamas, I enjoy getting outside with my partner, Kyle, and our dog, Bat.
We love to hike, backpack, ski, and visit new breweries around town. I recently took up gravel biking and am training for my first race, which has been keeping me busy! I love cooking healthy food, reading just about anything, and seeing live music. As the daughter of an artist, I love visiting museums and galleries and tapping into my creative side whenever possible. I feel grateful to live in such a beautiful place with friends and family close by.
